Castlebrook Estates: Where the experience is the most important aspect of the event
Castlebrook is located on 18 beautiful acres in Readyville, TN. The barn at Castlebrook is approximately 4,000 square feet with a 1,000-square-foot covered patio with a picturesque view. The barn includes custom-made crystal chandeliers, a food preparation area, two separate restrooms and a women’s suite and men’s suite for dressing or after-event accommodation. There are several areas which are perfectly beautiful for a wedding ceremony such as the gazebo, the waterfall or in front of the estate home.
Mark and Patricia Weiland purchased Castlebrook Estates in 2008 to fulfill a dream. They both built and ran businesses where customer engagement and care were paramount. But the purchase of the 18-acre property in Readyville, TN, blessed them with the chance to start and run a new venture together. Their initial idea was to go into agriculture or organic farming, but an engagement changed the course of their lives and their historic property.
Shortly after purchasing the property, their son and future daughter-in-law asked if they could have their wedding on the farm. Family and friends gathered from around the country to attend the family event – which stretched across four days with a Thursday evening bridal shower for the ladies and a tool party for the men, a Friday rehearsal dinner with a live band outside, a Saturday wedding, and a Sunday present-opening and family barbecue.
Creating such a unique and meaningful event for their own family inspired them to share their space with others. They have since hosted weddings, a fall festival, a July 4th Cookout and Celebration, and more. They have offered the farm as a backdrop for anniversary pictures, Christmas pictures and video shoots.
Castlebrook Estates provides a country setting that is casually sophisticated. The red barn has been meticulously renovated to host parties, receptions, dinners and more. The farm offers many different locations onsite for amazing photos whether it is the extensive landscaping, waterfall, beautiful rock outcroppings, beautiful home or farm, etc.
